equals and in a consensual relationship. My job while coaching you
is to provide support, truthful dialogue, and new perspectives all
designed to empower you to make the desired shifts in your life. You

I have found coaching to be magical. When two or more people focus positively on a vision, synergy develops. Synergy is dynamic forward moving energy, which is achieved through coaching more than any other professional relationship. The reason for this is the coach is unattached to the outcome and holds no agenda other than the clients.

Transformation Package:
This is the best choice you can make, both personally and financially. I have found that a 3 month commitment to this type of work is really where the profound changes can occur. What this package includes is:
- Four 45 minute sessions a month by phone or in person.
- Unlimited e-mail access to Tracy.
- Phone calls in between sessions that must be kept under 10 minutes.
- A monthly newsletter and access to all teleconferences.

Package is $300/month.
The Shift Package:
This choice is also a great choice if you are not quit sure about
committing to the Transformation package, yet are looking to achieve
a shift in your life. It will benefit you the most if you feel you
have already made great strides in your life and don’t need to talk
weekly, and bi monthly sounds like a better fit. What this package
includes is:
- Two 45 minutes sessions a month by phone.
- Unlimited e-mail access to Tracy.
- Emergency situation phone calls in between sessions.
